David J. Renaud is the Founder and Principal of Renaud Advisors.
David founded Renaud Advisors in 2007 following a successful career spanning over thirty-five years. He has extensive experience in all phases of corporate organizations including operations, financial management and Human Resources. His career history includes positions as Controller, Director, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies. The companies David was involved with were both domestic and international organizations ranging from $10 to over $100 million in sales.
Currently, David assists owners of small to medium size privately held companies in matters related to the value of their companies. He focuses on particular owner needs and works with other owner advisors such as attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals and bankers. David focuses on business metrics, financial reporting, profit improvement, cash flow, exit plans and mergers & acquisition advisory activities in relation to business sales, purchases of other businesses, and the capitalization needs of his clients.
David received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Nichols College. He became a Certified Public Accountant while working for the prestigous CPA firm of Main Hurdman (now KPMG) in Worcester Massachusetts. David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and several other business associations. He also sits on the advisory board for the several client organizations.
